When you start out, writing code is all you can think of doing. You want your little corner of the world in which nobody bothers you and where you can spend your time in an IDE, learning new things and writing code.

While receiving CVs for the internship program, we noticed that many applicants focused solely on their education. What we want to see is real passion.

When growing a culture based on a startup mentality, pick the clients that actually care about their products and add more value by working on some of your own products and ideas that hopefully bring value to the people using them.
